Return and Exchange
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and the necessary Return Authorization Number and Address. The customer is responsible for all return costs.
For an item to qualify for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns in a condition less than new will not be refunded, and the item will be disposed of.
Some products are non-returnable (such as perishables, pet food, and liquids), which may pose potential health and safety risks once they are sold.
Exchanges:
Most items are non-exchangeable due to the cost of shipping and reshipping, which the customer and Rescue Pet Supply would bear.
