1.Β Returns Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- The item must be in new condition (unused and in original packaging). Returns in a condition less than new will not be refunded, and the item will be disposed of.
- We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact use immediately to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns cannot be accepted without an authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return costs.
2.Β Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges as it increases the shipping cost of the return and the reshipment.Β
3.Β Return Method
All returns must acquire a RA number (Return Authorization) before it will be accepted. Returns sent without a RA number will be disposed of and not refunded. Contact us directly via Email, as shown below, to begin the return process.
4. Non-returnable items
All food and supplement products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. Your return or exchange will be processed without additional handling costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
